The Global Power Awards officially launched with a vibrant evening event at Mirravale Events & Catering in Dagenham, bringing together leaders, entrepreneurs, and community champions from around the world.
The event celebrated innovation, leadership, and community impact, with speeches from CEO Mohammed Aktaruzzaman, Managing Director Shamsuz Zaman Shamon, and several distinguished guests including Cllr Atiqul Hoque and Dr Zakir Khan.
Hosted by presenter and TEDx speaker Tamanna Miah, aspiring journalist Arafat Zaman, and media CEO Sabia Khatun, the evening featured cultural performances, networking, and stories of resilience.
Initial award categories were announced, including Leadership Excellence, Innovation and Technology, and Women in Leadership.
